We have made and continue to make every effort to keep the cost of your dental care as affordable as
possible. We charge what is usual and customary for our area. You are responsible for payment regardless of any insurance company’s determination of usual and customary rates.
We do our best to adjust to your requirements in planning for the investment in your dental health. Our receptionist will work with you to arrange a treatment plan that fits your budget and timetable. We will be happy to discuss every procedure and fee before we start treatment. Several payment methods are acceptable. We will help you make arrangements for the payment of your care. We will submit your insurance forms at no charge to you.
If you have a balance on your account, we will send you a monthly statement. It will show separately the previous balance, any new charges to the account, insurance payments, if any, and payments or credits applied to your account during the month.
Payment is expected within 15 days of the statement date.
Overdue accounts are submitted to Credit Management. Credit Bureaus are notified of the delinquent account.
